Shipping

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged in transit? 

While we do our best to ensure that everything is packaged safely before leaving our workshop, sometimes damages can occur in transit. If this happens, please get in touch immediately and we'll do our best to come up with a solution: often this will be remaking the product and lodging a claim with the courier company. Damages must be reported within three days of delivery.

Please note though that once your parcel is taken from our workshop by our courier, Mini Mac & Co. no longer holds legal responsibility for your items.

If your order however is delayed and/or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe stated, we are happy to assist in finding its where abouts.

What happens if I need a custom piece ASAP, are you able to help?

We are a small team of two. If you are in need of a product urgently, please contact us via email at: info@minimacandco.com and we'll do our best.

Wholesale   

Do you offer wholesale prices?                                                                               
Yes, for larger-quantity orders we’re more than happy to discuss wholesale rates. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Care info

Like most products, they aren't indestructible. Please use with love and care. We do however use high quality materials which should help your product last a life time. 

Refunds/ Exchanges

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?

We will happily offer stress-free returns on any faulty items. However, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange for change of mind. So please choose carefully. We're sure you will love your orders.
